  1. Fair play! Losing even just 1lb a week soon adds up if you stick at it. I’d say that week you remained at 17 stone 13lbs was tough but you always just got to push on through.

  2. I’ve been cutting carbs and counting calories for months but my weight is stagnant, I’ve even incorporated cardio every other day, but it seems to just make my weight constant. Once I just go into my old habits of less activity and eating bad, i put on weight tho, so at least I’m maintaining and not gaining, but i need to drop kgs. I’m considering PT but I’m kinda broke.

  3. Damn bro, that is some heavy giants haha.

    It’s all muscle right? Right? How tall are you? Can you he…hide the 18 stone or are you fucked.

    Edit: I read that backwards like an idiot hahaha – but the above questions still stand.

  4. I hate to be a downer but please mind yourself. Losing weight becomes so addictive once you start reaping in the benefits. I went on a crash course and ended up losing 3stone in about 4-5 months because I just loved seeing the number on the scales get smaller. My BMI ended up going just overweight to bordering on underweight.
    Another point, hit the gym when you start feeling comfortable as you will have a lot of excess skin and you’ll need to bulk up a bit to deal with it.
    Keep up the good work tho. I’ve never felt better in myself. From something as small as feeling comfortable enough to wear a t-shirt or having the energy for an all night sex session, there’s no downside to loosing weight as long as you do it at a pace you and your body are comfortable with.

  5. Great job. Now is a great time to make lifestyle changes. Weather is good and will give you a good foundation going into the autumn/winter.

    My life was in a spiral the path few months. Had to do something quick before I lost the plot completely. Forced myself to start in the gym 4 weeks ago. Down to 73kg from 82. Can’t believe how much my appearance and strength has improved already.

    Bench 10kg -> 30kg
    Squat 10kg -> 40kg
    Pull-ups 3 -> 7
    Sit ups 15 -> 45

    Have no friends so I had to tell someone lol. If anyone is nervous about starting the gym don’t be afraid to reply. I’ve wanted to go for 5+ years but never had the courage. If you need any tips hit me up

  6. Shit I read that without looking at the dates, wondering why you were proud to be putting on weight.

  7. I don’t need to know you to be absolutelly proud of ya seriously keep on the good work and I really hope you reach the goal you set for yourself

  8. In 2018 I was 23.5 stone. Like 330lbs. Got a new job, was more active, slowly dropped to 19 stone. Last year, start of May I told myself can’t be like this anymore, gonna die before I live. Gave up white bread, cut out a lot of fizzy drinks, got a new dog and bring her on a 90 minute walk every morning. This morning I weigh 13 stone 12. 194 lbs, can easily do 20 push ups in a row, 10-15 chin ups etc, started running, push myself a little bit more everyday. Feel a lot better. Can buy clothes without worrying if they have like 4xl. I bought a hood thst was medium last week. Discipline is the key. If I’ve learned anything from it, small steps everyday, in a year big difference. Good luck to everyone. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Your knees will thank you for it.

  9. What’s that in kg? I no longer understand stones and pounds.

    Numbers going down, and going down a lot. Well done OP. 💪🏻💪🏻
