Review seems reasonable, if there is evidence it wasn’t properly investigated it should be investigated again. However panorama was blatantly dishonest when they didn’t highlight (but did show) areas of the reports, which was their primary source, that showed that some or all of those killed in the guesthouses were killed by fratricide
And, of course they’ll have to be given immunity first, just like the Grenfell inquiry!
Just pick a tame judge and rig the outcome, that’s the usual “British” way with these things. Big cheques all round.
