
Anybody here how to make these at home? I love Bygglunsj and have been eating them every time I visit Norway. Found a recipe online that mentions barley porridge and kesam in the ingredients. I don’t know how to make those either. Can someone please share a recipe?

Kesam is bacicly just fermented milk and barely porridge is just barley and wanter boild
