Maybe someone can suggest a good English speaking psychologist in Tallinn.

He has TED talk and some good reviews on Google, but I’d like to hear from someone, who actually visited him.
How long dod you have to visit? What’s your personal opinion? Did it help?

I can’t find him in the register of certified psychologists, he has not provided his certification number and there is no information given on his overall education or background. I would avoid him, seems like a random dude who decided to call himself a psychologist.
https://www.sensus.ee/ should have some English speakers, as well as https://marienthalikliinik.ee/, but neither seems to have gotten their sites translated.
I was very skeptical about psychologists in general. But personal crisis forced me to seek help.
I visited several psychologists and got very disappointed. There was lady, who asked me to imagine that I am fish in the tank and bubbles are my problems… I don’t know may be it’s such technique.. But it definitely didn’t work for me.
A friend of mine highly recommended Grigoriev. I was really sceptical after all previous attempts. Now I thank God I went there! Simple guy, who knows hell lot about brain.
He explained my whole life and all behavior patterns from neurobiolgical point of view. It made it all clear why this happens and what to do next.
I visited him twice within last year and every time it’s huge help. So, I definitely can recommend him.
Update: However, he might not suite everyone. He is on rational-cognitive side. Someone might find it too complicated. Fish and buubles might work for you then 🙂

I went for 3 months during isolation times and we had online sessions. I’m M24 adjusting to new life here in Europe and interpersonal relationships. I’ve had 3 therapies/counselors in total, and his style of therapy suited well to what I was looking for.
I like therapy based on understanding yourself, taking action and a therapies who can related with their own experiences. I asked for this during the sessions.
He provides lots of information and his style on the website.
