Not here for an argument, but there’s a little Irish cafe in Coventry doing amazing things, for anyone else who only gets back to Ireland once a year.
Like the two eggs, that’s rare enough in restaurants these days.
Sausages look a bit ill. Everything else looks decent enough! No mushrooms or tomatoes let’s it down a bit, mind, but definitely wouldn’t be turning my nose up.
Sausages could do with another 5 mins in the pan and there’s too much empty space in the plate. Apart from that it looks lovely, nice to get the 2 eggs and a posh little bean ramekin.
Tea and toast included?
do you realise that all you island folks call this ‘insert own nationality’ breakfast? whether Scottish, Irish, or the obviously inferior English breakfast (is there a Welsh breakfast?), the only difference is usually just the portions and maybe how dry the black pudding is..otherwise it’s the *exact same thing*. you just found breakfast. also, what makes them Irish sausages?
Beans in a cup smart choice. That way you don’t have to use the sausage as a breakwater.

Not bad. White pudding looks the congealed type not a patch on SuperValu Signature Tastes one.
That’s perfect. No disgusting mushrooms, no half-cooked tomato that nobody eats, and two of everything. Very good.
I like it,yum,except for the interloper beans.
The sausages and white pudding could do with going back on the pan for another minute or two
