That thing is delicious, like pork skins and yummy pork and fat under, delish
I can also eat a decent amount but these are too fatty for me. The first bite or two are out of this world but after a while I feel sick eating it. The schnitzel there is incredible!
That looks great. I have eaten there, but never tried that. Will definitely have to next time!
You should go to Franconia (e.g. Bamberg) and ask for a Schäufele.
