  1. What’s the problem? Just stop building war ships, and build some cargo ships instead. There’s a harbor in the middle of Kaliningrad FFS.

    EDIT: Or even better, demilitarize Kaliningrad, and Lithuania might reconsider in return?

    That’s actually not true. The commission’s advice in July was that it was up to member states to interpret sanctions. They said Lithuania CAN allow transit of goods, not that they MUST.
