Unpopular opinion but regarding Belarus, the EU should:
* consider ending visa regime for Belarusian citizens in general and giving them easy access to the Schengen area, owing to the fact that the country is ruled by an illegitimate regime and the rulers closest to legitimate are based in the EU (Lithuania)
* at the same time, apply a long list of verified cases of regime supporters who are declared *persona non grata* and can’t enter the EU at all
