He’s never taken the blame for anything in his life.
Is there anything of his actions which are not disgraceful? It is probably so short you could write them on a till receipt.
What did you expect of Johnson, leadership?
He is, but it’s par for the course.
Cameron kicked off Brexit then passed it to May.
May passed it to Boris.
Boris got unlucky and inherited Brexit *and* Covid and hasn’t been bothered to put the brakes on years and years of Tory incompetence and so he’s also got Cost-of-living on him too.
I’m not entirely surprised to see him pass off what he can to the next schmuck.
((Not that I’m in any way defending Boris, but he’s hardly the first – more like the last and most prominent in a long line of these arseholes)).
Maybe if we stopped being ruled over be Etonian dickwads then perhaps someone will be held accountable for being shit at their job one day.
But who knows.
He’s disgraceful for a lot of things.
To be fair he was perfectly happy having it sit ignored on his plate
why do they want Boris to decide when they wanted rid of him at all costs recently? I’ve not heard them do much else than criticize Boris Johnson recently – what a great chance to suggest their own solutions missed there.
Are we forgetting that we haven’t actually dealt with COVID yet and the death total is in the hundreds of thousands.
Not being funny, but he isn’t going to be PM in a months time. What is the point in him doing something now when his successor will likely do something completely different?
Add it to the list
If he is not doing the job of PM, it would be really rude to be still accepting the salary that comes with the role.
“i stress, i dont believe economic equality is possible; indeed some measure of inequality is essential for the spirit of envy and keeping up with the Joneses that is, like greed, a valuable spur to economic activity.” – Boris Johnson
It is also exactly what you would expect him to do. He ended his final PMQs by quoting the Terminator. How much did anyone really expect him to care about mass poverty?
Were we not weeks ago insisting he went immediately and if not trying to make sure he couldn’t pass any new policies before he went….. Now we want him to make something up and put it through parliament ( who are on recess anyway)
Could have left the headline after the first two words tbf.
