  1. Looks good, but I think maybe you should’ve added more milk to your dough and run it for longer for a smoother consistency.-it should be quite elastic.
    It’s also easier to form the meatballs if you use a spoon dipped in cold water (dip between each ball). Use the spoon and your hand to make a perfect round shape and carefully drop them in the broth/sauce
