We have *never* had more money **AND YET** half the public can barely afford to live here, and that was the case long before the invasion of Ukraine.
If we keep going like this the government will be subsidising everyone in one form or another.

If we have extra money and we know that we have a housing crisis then build houses. Sell the houses to individuals as homes take the money from the sales to build more houses… if land is an issue CPO it.

What they will do is hand out cash and create long term commitments to buy votes amongst their base, once the corporate tax falls, and it will, we will be stuffed.
Extension of free GP care is mentioned in the article, anyone got more info on that? I would assume it’s for children only (should be free for everyone)
Build a massive prison please, split 50/50 for men and boys. No more suspended sentences. Threw stones at a bus? A week inside. Robbed 3 bottles of oven cleaner from Dealz while out of it? A week inside. Burgled a house? Mandatory 6 month stretch.
