Second attempt and you still got the date wrong
Some countries were categorised as “High degree of caution” and then went on to say to avoid pretty much everywhere in that country. Take these with a grain of salt I reckon

Are you sure you got the correct states in Mexico with “do not travel” warnings?
In general, the states bordering the USA (Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, & Nuevo Leon) are the most dangerous due to drug cartel activity.
