This is exactly why, whenever you’re tipping a service worker, you make sure you directly hand them the tip in cold hard cash.
Never ever tip a service worker electronically, otherwise their place of work will, at best, be taking a cut out of it, or, at worst, will take the whole tip for themselves and not give any to the worker.
