The Conservative party refuses to tackle cost of living crisis now. Essentially we have a lame duck government because of their internal bullshit party processes. Whoever ends up being the new PM is equally as responsible for the current inactivity on this issues as Boris Johnson is.
The British people need the power to be able to trigger a general election.
Not unexpected; requires Johnson being informed and making a decision, which he is laughably ill equipped to do on the best of days.
Why would he bother with emergency measures? He and his friends are doing just fine.
