I’m trying to get the [Post & DHL app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.dhl.paket&hl=de). I can not find it on the android app store on my phone. Is there a reason for this? Is there something I can do? I just want to use a DHL pack station : (

The companies making the apps choose to do it, sometimes without a reason.
The proper way to do this is to switch the Google Play Store location to Germany (I’m with my degoogled phone now so I can’t check how to do that), and the risky way is to use an APK that claims it is the DHL app from a random APK dealing website.
Yes, many apps are available only on a specific country. You have to switch your account’s settings https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675
Just make a new gmail account and use it to download apps which aren’t available in the US. I’ve had to download a handful of apps that way.
