cookingit would totally destroy the aroma. It is already smoked and will keep relatively long in the fridge. Enjoy it for breakfast, dinner or at coffee time when you have been working hard.
The story behind Teewurst basically is that you do have it with your afternoon tea as a sort of meat paste or spread on your bread. This one is coarse, you get it in a fine version too.
