For anyone else asking why this is in the UK sub, Newton-John was born in Cambridge UK and became an immensely successful international superstar.
The Cambridge groups on Facebook are fizzing with stories of being in the same class as Olivia, chatting with her when she visited Cambridge, being born in the same hospital as her, etc etc.
Via her Jewish heritage she is apparently a third cousin of British comedian Ben Elton!
Weird phrasing of the headline. The tense is wrong. It implies that she’s only 72 and her husband is planning ahead.
