I am always looking for a non-chain shop where someone will measure me and then they will have the size I need (bigger than F). I am in tallinn and willing to travel outside the center and don’t mind if they don’t speak english. Anyone have a place to recommend?

Well, Change does that and they do have bigger sizes but they have their own sizing. And they are more expensive.
