Golden Vale H3 will be laying trails in the Tipperary/Limerick region.
First run is set provisionally for August 20th in the Glen of Aherlow.
**The Hash House Harriers (H3) is made up of around 1500 worldwide chapters. On, and off, trail we combine the joys of beer with hiking. All you need is a decent level of fitness to join.**
***Also, for those who have never heard of the H3 – it has absolutely nothing to do with the drug.***
The hare (lead person) sets a trail with chalk or paper and the group (pack) follow soon after. There are false trails, dead ends and beer stops included to keep everything interesting.
