So I bought my 9 Euro ticket on the 5th through the DB app and everything worked, I got the QR code and it was fine. Later that day DB refunded me the 9 euros without letting me know and the ticket disappeared from the app. Yesterday on the bus MVG asked to see everyones tickets and I got a fine even after showing on my bank app that I bought the ticket. This screenshot from my bank is the only proof I have of this transaction. What can I do?
