This is the perfect example of why I think it’s madness to go to these gourmet burger gaffs. You can do as good or better at home for a fraction of the cost.

Hate to naysay, but one of the problems with a lot of gourmet burgers is that you need to dislocate your jaw like a boa constrictor to eat it. Got any pics of you trying to get this into your pie hole?
