4411 was the original SMS number you could send to, IIRC.
It’s the dumbest app ever. The number is the shortened sms number you need to send a text message to when you want to park your car. The app is nothing but a glorified auto-texter, since even with the app, you’re still sending a text message!! I hate it, so fucking dumb.

The 44 comes from a general rule that a shortcode for SMS needs to start with a ‘4’, before 4411 the name of the application was 3311. (rule has changed since, name hasn’t.)
My gf and I have named the elf Aldi’s Celebi
I use easypark. Verry good app and has everything i want from a parkingapp
It’s because you better pay more to park your car
I never use the app as they charge additional costs to start and stop a session.
