Btw you have a 14 days to return the goods you ordered from Internet shop without any other reason at all. So that for “complicated return”.
I have never heard about company doing this. Usually you can get the thing sent home, their store, parcelshop or a parcelbox
As a Czech person, I’ve dealt with a lot of bull* from companies, but this is a first. Yikes.
Depends whether this is their own delivery or whether they use a third party service. If it’s the latter, then I just see it as an honest warning that things may go wrong based on their experience and that if you have the option to pick it yourself, it could be better. If it’s the former case, then this is indeed ridiculous.
