As the title suggests, looking for some experiences/reviews of the construction company [Qubo](https://www.qubo.be/).

I am interested in one of their turnkey (sleutel op de deur) new construction project and while doing online research about them, so far everything turned out positive. But in case any members here have direct/indirect experiences to share, I am curious to know!

  1. Sleutel op de deur could be fine if the house is already build and your happy with the price they want for it.

    I do know of a negative experience from a kennis of me that bought a house with them 2 years ago and from the beginning they started asking extra for things and ended up with having to pay €80000 over the agreed price, so please be sure to check carefully the voorwaarden in the contract.

  2. We let them make an offer, apparently we couldnt afford a roof. Now if they cant compromise even at the start …

    We went with the architect we also had make an offer , it was a much better plan and wirhin budget.
