Looks worse tgen Semi Arid and Arid regions of Asia…
It is perhaps worth remembering that a lot of that yellow will be ripe corn or stubble…

I live in the Fenlands in North Cambridgeshire, haven’t seen any real amount of rain in months and is very much like the sat image, very little green about (although vast Wheat fields everywhere don’t help that impression).
