There aren’t many companies producing german stlye playing cards. Altenburger and Piatnik would be the most prominent ones.
If you want that particular design from the picture, it probably will have to be a custom job. I have not seen it, reprinted somewhere, but you will find similar ones under the term u/OmnisapientPosterior gave you.
