Must of missed it, why are we the envy of Europe?
Because our climate should be perfect for growing, but we just grow grass to feed cattle. (don’t disagree with having beef and dairy, but we should have more tillage)

Images like this still aren’t enough to get people to take climate change seriously. Its getting news coverage today but will slip further from the front page headlines and bounce back up next year when we go through this again. There’s a lot of problems in the world but there isn’t enough care or attention for most of them to be taken seriously long enough to get action taken.
