Well… I know one guy who has been charged for over 19 robberies and hasnt spent a day in a jail cell.. I dont think this specific example is an exception.

AFAIK he had to pay the kid a 6k compensation and the case got re-opened recently as the defendants lawyer is calling for a prison sentence. The hoe got fired as well.
