It’s like my friend in social care used to say even before Covid-19. I’d rather work at the cafe in Sainsburys and get paid the same than work here and risk getting strangled by one of my mismanaged patients (or aa business wants you to say, “client”). He quit and went to work at a petrol station. Couldn’t be happier.
