The mysterious unsolved case of the ‘Putney Pusher’ who pushed woman in front of bus 5 years ago and has never been found

  1. Could be anybody. What would we do once it’s news? Probably stop jogging for a while, and then there are thousands of blokes who look like us.

The entitlement is disgusting. Wasn’t my old barber as he was bald ironically. But he took part in marathons and that, and I presume there are registers. He might be on a list somewhere.

  2. I mean is it that mysterious? From the sounds of it was a completely random attack so no link to the victim, and all they have is some blurry CCTV footage.

With no witnesses, links or evidence what exactly is there for the investigator to look into?

  3. If the police were motivated enough they could have found him in a heartbeat. London is full of cameras, CCTV and Traffic cameras, both sides of the bridge have cameras all over the place, they could have pulled the footage to get a clear image of his face then you put it out there on the net for someone to come forth and identify the bugger

  4. This was a random attack and it’s only awful CCTV that they have. Also if you really plan a murder you’re gonna get away with it. Really makes you think about how safe the world is based on people’s morals.

  5. Utter shite. The man Jogs which means his range from origin can’t be that far. There are CCTV cameras across London to track and follow this twat. Just track him home to find out where he goes. If this was a known terrorist I’m sure they would have been caught. Can only agree that this is a person they don’t want to identify and find as it’s surely going to be political not unlike the manslaughter case from the Army base who then fled the country.

  6. What crime would he have been charged with? Obviously wouldn’t meet the criteria for attempted murder, but was the woman physically harmed? It doesn’t even sound like it would be GBH. He’s obviously a complete and utter arsehole, but I doubt he would have been in significant trouble anyway.

  7. Its not necessarily the case that the police don’t know who it is, it might be that they cannot exclusively prove it was them.

Its not enough to just match the description or image in the CCTV, if the suspected person questioned does not or is not willing to confirm/admit it was them.

  8. I suspect they were just a nasty twat, probably died of a heart attack from the jogging, which would be sad as no one can tell ’em to jog on anymore. Hopefully someone stamped on his bollocks and he’s been having agonisiing reconstructive surgery in of his pin dick for the last five years by a fully unqualified panel beater in a sweatshop in a hot country…. with brass knobs on.

  9. London and couldn’t trace him or follow him on the cctv? Bullshit!

It was either like others have said an embassy worker that left the country quick time or if I had to guess a politician, member of the Tory party or some other dude who’s family is connected to the government.

  10. Cameras that help usually do not work. Only those that are used for issuing fines (like bus lane cameras and speed cameras) work.
