My European people, please don’t trust them… it’s will be the same consequences as when you all let the Italian banking to keep themselves in check *Monte DePasc.. and DB* or for that matter Alitalia. We are really bad at self regulations. So don’t be confused the win and in a few months are outright supportive of Russia …
Salvini and Berlusconi have NEVER acted accordingly to what they said they were going to do, they’re known liars (ok, every politician is, but those two really raised the bar for dishonesty). Salvini is also on Putin’s paycheck, while Berlusconi is a long time personal friend of his. I have zero doubts that those two will put Russia’s interest above Italy’s and EU’s.
Meloni is just your textbook fascist, I have no idea about how pro or anti Putin she may be. But given her allies, I wouldn’t be optimistic.
They’ll never win. Next week the left will disclose its electoral platform and there is no way Italians are going to vote for fascists and putinists.
