I have nothing but unhappy memories of Croydon from the 90s.
Croydon has a lot bigger problems than high emissions, they might as well drop their opposition to the ULEZ expansion and focus on the bigger issues.
Croydon has tried to revive itself a few times but every time it gets mothballed because the council eventually realises that it would require them to spend a lot of money and they lose their appetite for it.
