The days of talking from stages are dying with all these lunatics jumping up to attack the person they paid to see. No idea what is wrong with people theses days but times are getting crazy.
Religion of peace, peacefully stabs a fkin 75 year old man.. cowards
When your false god is so weak, you have to stab an old man to defend it.
Iran promised millions of dollars to the family of whoever kills him
FYI, before people start saying “doesn’t represent all Muslims”
It is Islamic scholarly consensus and govt policy of most Muslim countries to have either the death penalty or jail for blasphemy/apostasy. Hurting someone who insults their faith is totally acceptable for the vast majority of Muslims.
There is almost no Muslim condemnation of the attacker and his motives whenever something like this happens, instead they resort to “false flag conspiracies” or “I wouldn’t do it myself, but the guy deserved it”
As long as the Islamic theology and Islamic scholarly class supports punishment for blasphemy, then Muslims will always support it as well.
And surprise surprise the r/news thread is locked and any comment criticising Islam (which is the main driver behind this violent incident) removed. Imagine if it was some far right white supremacist, would comments criticising that sick ideology be removed?
