Do you not think it’s disgraceful that developers keep submitting plans that contravene development plans and don’t meet minimum space requirements and somehow get approved?
That SHD legislation is a complete disaster. Every SHD decision can be legitimately challenged by judicial review because the legislation was written by some FG spud head trying to pull strokes for his speculator/developer mates. “Sure it will be grand” let’s just let the lobby groups write their own legislation.
