The Swiss Military intelligence service (MND) produced a video explaining some aspects of the Ukraine war, explaining what they see happening what they learn from it and how Switzerland might apply this knowledge in future defense related decisions.
This video gives an overview over the situation and geography in Ukraine. It also briefly touches on the types of weapon systems used by both sides. The most interesting thing they talk about is how the Ukrainian population, not only it’s armed forces, rose up to the task of defending the country – drawing comparisons to the Swiss Militia system.
In the end they promise further videos explaining some key aspects in detail. As an example they say there’ll be a video about hybrid forms warfare.
