I made homemade chips for the first time in years

  1. I do that every week. Real potatoes, peeled myself and fried. Beats anything in a fast food joint or oven chips.

  2. We do Air Fryer ones, and they’re nice, but they’re not quite as good as these. They look nom nom.

  3. Rooster potato, chipped but not too skinny, soak in a bowl of water rinse and dry with a tea towel, have the oil nice and hot (dripping is best) cook untill brown, remove put to one side while making the second batch, when you want to bring them out, refry the first batch and then the second again.

Thats how my mam made them, best chips ever
