When Bill Clinton was over here in the early 90s trying to get the peace process up and running the murder rate in NI was 6 per 100,000. In Washington where Bill lived it was 60 per 100,000
Amazing how much that city has come on. Spend a lot of time there and I’d be close to calling it the best city on the island right now.
