Pretty place but look at how close to the sea-level it is, will likely have to sell to Aquaman in the near future, which is undoubtedly a reason for this “cheap” price.
I could afford it. Does it come with a UK residency visa? Probably not.

Ahh, so it’s still unaffordable for the average person then.
Seems like one of those places that would be great to own in theory but awful in practice, the novelty would sadly wear off quickly. Still, if I had the spare cash down the back of the sofa then I would buy it and find something to do with it.
