I’ve recently moved to Germany and just rented an apartment. This is the floor of the apartment but I don’t know what type it is. Also, I am looking for advice on how to clean it correctly.

It looks like linoleum. Use water and Allzweckreiniger to mop it and let it dry. It will survive a lot of abuse, but don’t ever put something hot on it.
