Bulgaria has the lowest vaccination rates, because boomers are getting high on american antivax classics on Facebook. English speakers have had 30+ years to build up tolerance as they were drip fed this crap, but our poor unprotected plebeians are getting an elephant dose without any prior contact, and its having a catastrophic effect.
