For how long?? I mean the current leader backed and paid by Russia took power after a coup in 2018, I mean I guess the next leader who will take power after abother coup and replace the current one surely will undo this

What’s the point in learning Russian? I don’t think it is a particularly useful language.
Understandable, after all Central African Republic has such a strong economy that it can easily discard all the Spanish teachers they have and train and hire all the Russian ones needed for all their students.
When you want to be sure what exactly they lie to you.
