Make working hours in the poorhouse 11 hours a day instead of 12?
I’ve no confidence in them to do anything meaningful to help ordinary people.
This is another massive transfer of wealth, only this time a lot of the working and middle class have nothing left to give. They’ll squeeze us dry anyway and if there’s deaths and children growing up in cold, hungry homes then so be it.
They are all going or on holiday.
Heaven forbid,they come back early or just do the fucking job they were employed to do in the first place rather than fucking forever going on about culture wars, woke, trying to flog Ch4 or harping on about the DECADES OLD previous Labour Govt….

…. All probably on expenses a mates/donors villa or tax deductable, as I took a business call whilst getting shit faced on ouzo earlier. Anyway, I really think meeting the actual public once every 5 years is quite suffient. Not like they matter after that….

Just in time for them not to help out kids going hungry over the summer holidays, so that will make some Tory voters happy. Or is it because they know people will not be using their heating this month, so do not see the crisis as that bad yet?
A month will mean little for those not affected by the crisis but many could be a month away from homelessness. A month is also a long time when you cannot put food on your table or have to skip meals so your kids can eat. A month may not be a long time but it sure can feel that way when you are hungry and scared for your future.
