Agreed. Some exceptions could be applied if there are basis for changing tourism visa into political asylum. But issuing of tourist visas should be definitely suspended. At the minimum to limit the influx of Russia’s intelligence assets.

With summer tourist season coming to an end for this year, I see such a potential ban on Russian tourists having very little impact on Russian tourism to Europe.
