Hello, I’ve had really expensive phone bills from Orange the last few months and didn’t have any idea why. Today, while looking at the details, I noticed there has been a « special service » billing 3 time 3€ every week around 19:30. The called number on the details appears to be mine and I haven’t received any text message or suspicious calls around those periods.
Has anybody got the same problem or does someone know where that charge is coming from.
Contact orange by phone. You need to tell them expressis verbis, that you want all these sms canceled in the future.
Did you by any chance try to access exhibit descriptions at Villa Vauban via QR code? That exact thing happened to my mum a couple of weeks ago. Every time she scanned the code, she received an sms instead of getting info, 6x total. This week, she had 6 of these SMS at 3€ each on her Post phone bill for that day.
Orange is in general quite a dodgy company . Dispute the transactions in writing (letter , recorded delivery , Delivery receipt). When they invariably decline to reimburse , complain to the ILR…. Magically they will become slightly less hostile. A quick Google search suggests the number is some kind of astrology service
