I bought a travelers SIM from vodafone and I got these texts. Maybe someone else used this number for a service? Can I just ignore?
Also, I can’t quite figure out outgoing calls. Ie I want to call a restaurant to make a reservation, click their number on google it does’t ring. Would love a hand 🙂 obrigada.

Anyway, you should contact your service provider directly (NOS, not Vodafone).
Number is probably recycled (it can happen after 6 months) and you are receiving collection texts from another person.
Call Vodafone (or go to a store) and ask for a number exchange. It should be free if you explain it’s because of spam texts
