  1. The real conspiracy in Italy is now they brainwashed the world into believing that their pizza is actually nice when it tastes like dogshit. Nice pasta though.

  2. I mean, how would you respond, if someone from a world-renowned institute came and asked you about your thoughts of the moon landing and the round Earth? I am not sure if I could resist… they are wasting their resources with such crap; I wonder, who pays them for that.

  3. >Although the vaccination campaign has been broadly successful in Italy, with almost 77% of residents fully inoculated, almost one third of those interviewed said they thought the vaccines were experimental drugs.

“I wonder, could our poll be dogshit? Nah, it must be those vaccination rates that are wrong!”

Also i totally believe that there are almost 4 million people that believe that the earth is flat, sure!

  4. OMG! 5.8% almost 6% of italians think earth is flat! No wonder why Italia is going fascit again and the far-right dominates politics

  5. It’s not like they took root, they simply mapped it out.

Also, considering the dark post-war history (lead years, “unavenged massacres”, P2 lodge affair, Borghese golpe, G8 police violence, *pax mafiosa*, exc…) it is no surprise people will answer positively at a “do you think power actually resides in the hands of a secret group of people”

  6. I think at least the percentage of flat earth believers its shit.
There’s an italian youtuber (Barbascura X) who 2/3 years ago went to the “national flat earth conference” and he said that the only people who believed in flat earth were just the 3 guys who organized the conference. I’ve seen the video and it seems to be the truth, plus I’ve never met someone who believed that the earth is flat

  7. In any survey about 4% of people will give nonsense answers. Maybe they’re trolling, maybe they didn’t understand the question, maybe they just picked an answer at random because they decided they were tired of doing the survey. It’s called the lizardman constant. So it’s not especially interesting that 5.8% of people said that the earth was flat. That’s about the same as the amount of people who would say in a survey that Germany was located on the moon.
