Don’t think so. Looks like a false widow spider. Kill the bugger fast as they spread like crazy. They’re very aggressive and their bite is similar to a wasp sting. Not lethal in most cases but can become itchy, cause nausea etc.
False widows have cream coloured markings on them, they are a brown spider. The one you have there is all black. Don’t know what it is.

Looks more like a laceweb spider than a false widow. They’re native so please leave them alone.
This looks similar to the one that ram across my living room the other day. thing was the size of a golf ball!. I caught and released him.
Judging by its pebbledash web style I would say the answer is yes.
