  1. I’ve officially hit rock bottom. I bought the 72 pack of Weetabix and I’ve been snacking on dry Weetabix, softened only by my tears. At this rate I’ll own a house in Sligo by 2028 though.

  2. Was there someone with a gun at your head forcing you to buy it? Did you almost jizz yourself at the fact that you could get karma on reddit for posting a picture of the price?

Why are you buying lunch if you can’t afford it? Why not bring your own lunch to work instead of complaining about high prices, which we’re all aware of, in fancy cafes?

  3. We hadent much time before the train so we popped into a cafe not too far from houston station.

It was €45 for two brakfeast and two coffee. I couldn’t beleive it. And then the cheeky fuckers had add tip option when i went to pay card.

Oh ya and i asked for ketchup and he looked annoyed and said they didnt have any.

  4. The Bakery in Temple Bar near Cows Lane do excellent sausage rolls, made fresh every morning for something like €1.40 or €1.60.

  5. That is a disgrace.. but then again don’t encourage them by going into the place..

It’s the schmucks who pay this that enable them to charge it

  6. As long as people keep buying them for €5.50, they will keep selling them for €5.50.

There is clearly a market for them
