Seriously that is the weirdest picture someone could take from the new terminal. It doesn’t show how amazing the natural roof is or the huge windows
Personally – I think it looks stunning. Spacious, airy, calming. Not a bad job (other views may differ)
As a German I say, we shouldn’t let Germans build our german airports anymore. Especially, if any Berliners are involved.

This is supposed to be a wide open space to allow lots of people to pass through with ease. Not the best place to take the picture, feels very claustrophobic taking the picture from the lowest part of the ceiling. Feels like you’re not seeing the whole thing from here and it’s mildly annoying.
Aw damn I didn’t know about this when I was there for transit a few weeks ago. Still, the rest of the airport also had a nice interior design in comparison to the other airports I’ve been.
