Red tail, blue tipped wings, orange face ? That’s an unusual pattern for an amazon. It might be an hybrid (red-tail and orange-winged, at a guess)
He is probably not lost, not from an owner I mean, most continental europe already has them as wild birds spread around after decades of human owners allowed them to go wild and reproduce, I live in the Netherlands, and they are as abundant as seagulls, saw the same in Barcelona, flocks of them flying around the city.
